While our E-Boutique offers a simple and easy way to get to know our offerings and begin your order, there are a number of essential things in regards to our approach and process to be aware of before ordering. OUR PRODUCTION APPROACH

Due to the custom nature of our craft , our E-Boutique does not feature live templates through which to preview your items in the desired material before ordering. This ensures that every leather pattern is unique chosen by one of our artisans, with careful consideration for the nuances of your order. Please review the options on each item page to anticipate the ways in which we’re able to customise your items once we begin crafting it.

AVAILABILITY ENQUIRY

When shopping through our website, you’ll be prompted to make a number of decisions and selections before adding an item to your cart. Although we offer our clients many different choices of material and myriad colours, it’s challenging for us to keep track and update all offerings frequently on our E-Boutique. Get in touch with us regarding the availability of a particular material and colour before you begin your order will help speed up the process.

IMPORTANT TIMING CONSIDERATIONS

Fulfillment times vary depending on the type of item you’re ordering; please review the guidelines, outlined below, to understand the steps within the process of working together and ensure that our process will meet your timing needs. Please also refer to the “Estimated Ship Date” of each item page to determine what you can expect for a delivery time. Order schedules may always be expanded should you need more time for material picking, measurements, reviews, or feedback submission, but we’re unable to shorten schedules by escalating any phase of the process for a faster completion window.

PREVIEWING YOUR ORDERS

We take some time out to photograph the items in the order for our clients to preview before it leaves for delivery, (you heard us right!). This extra one-on-one process ensures we deliver what you want. Once our artisans have finished crafting your goods, we will update the status of your order to “Preview Available” and you will get a notification via email. From there, you can visit My Account to check the preview in your order page and leave feedback if needed (we’ll make necessary changes to the order if possible). We allow a time frame of two working days for our clients to take a sneak peek before it gets sent off.

Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment depends on the type of item that you have purchased. The majority of our leather items are designed to be fully customised, however we also offer a handpicked collection that is readily available. We have different fulfillment processes and delivery times for both item types, as outlined below.

OUR SELECTION ITEMS

The items from Our Selection do not entail the process of in-depth material selection. Standard delivery time for these items is usually shorter than Bespoke items and as followed within their order date:

Watch Band — 12 working days

iPhone Case — 10 working days

iPhone Plate — 10 working days

If an order includes both Our Selection and Bespoke items, we’ll arrange all in one shipment unless requested otherwise. Upon order placement, you’ll receive a receipt with an Estimated Completion Date for your items.

BESPOKE ITEMS

All items that include material selection and specific customisations are considered Bespoke items, such as Watch Bands, Accessories, Small Leather Goods and more. Once an order of bespoke items has been placed, we will engage in a process that spans several weeks as we work closely on the design of your good.

Upon order placement, an Estimated Completion Date will be supplied reflecting the approximate date when your order is ready for preview phase. Schedules may be extended, and on some occasions shortened, with your order delivery date adjusted accordingly.

Order Policies

CHANGES TO MEASUREMENT, STYLE & MATERIAL

Please make final style, material and measurement selection for your leather good when placing an order through our website. L’ATELIER BESPOKE is unable accommodate change requests to your style, material selections and measurement once an order has been placed.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products, L’ATELIER BESPOKE cannot offer returns or exchanges of any kind in the event of client dissatisfaction or order cancellation. Rest assured, if for some reason your item arrives damaged or there is some major issue on our part, we will remedy the situation. We guarantee it.

CHANGES TO CUSTOMISATIONS

Minor changes to the item such as thread color and holes (Watch Band) do not incur additional fees. Although we kindly suggest you to request the change as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION

All sales are final. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. There will be no refund or store credit for any order once it is placed. It is unnecessarily costly and time consuming for us to make changes, cancel an order and issue refunds. We kindly suggest that you choose your product carefully before confirming your order.

PRICING

Prices listed within our website are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the price, availability and quality of the leather or other raw materials used by us in our hand-crafted product.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is provided through national postal service and UPS. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout determined by the quantity, weight, and package size of your order. We offer the following services:

Express Mail — 4 to 7 working days
